To enter, the following must apply

Terms and conditions
“Wanted: Coolest Classic Pony” Contest Terms and Conditions
By entering this “Wanted: Coolest Classic Pony” contest (this “Contest”), all participants (“Participant” or “Participants”) agree to the following terms and conditions (these “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in this Contest.
Organizer and Promoter
This Contest is organized and promoted by Motoring Middle East Digital Events, Inc. Dubai, Al Nahda Street Baqqali Building Office #105 Dubai PO Box 27494 Dubai, UAE (the “Organizer”).
Duration
This Contest will run on a daily basis from 6 April 2014 to 15 April 2014. Winners will be selected on 17 April.
Eligibility
This Contest is open to individuals aged over 18 years residing in United Arab Emirates. These Terms and participation in this Contest by residents of the foregoing territories may be subject to export laws and other applicable regulations of such territories.
Employees of the Organizers, and each of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, authorized dealers, authorized distributors and agents and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.
All Participants must own (be the registered owner on the UAE registration card) of a pre-1967, first generation Ford Mustang with valid 2014 UAE registration (Classic or standard RTA) and current insurance. The Mustang must be a fully roadworthy vehicle and comply with all UAE RTA safety requirements.
The Grand Prize Winner will be required to be available for a publically available photoshoot of their vehicle, to be held at a date at the discretion of the Organizers. The Grand Prize Winner will also be provided a place at the Mustang Parade held on 19 April, to attend at their discretion.
Failure to comply with these Terms will result in disqualification from this Contest.
Entrance to the Contest
To enter, the Participant must send a photograph to the Organizer via either of two hashtags (#Mustang50) (#MMEMustangHunt) using:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may be required to provide proof of identity and address if reasonably requested by the Organizer. Each Participant may participate in this Contest unlimited times.
Prizes
The Grand Prize consists of an exclusive Photoshoot with the Organizer, an opportunity to be a part of the 50th Anniversary Celebrations for the Ford Mustang to be held on 19th April as well as bag of promotional gifts including a Mustang watch, a coffee table book, Mustang apparel and diecast models. A total of one Grand Prize will be awarded.
Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from receipt of any Prize and/or require the return of any Prizes awarded. In such an event, and subject to any legal requirement, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner for such Prize and/or dispose of the Prize in any manner it deems fit, in its sole discretion.
Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen by the Organizer from the pool of eligible Participants. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on 17 April 2014. Prize winners will be informed via email or telephone (if provided by Participant). Winners must respond within 24 hours of receiving the notification email in their email inbox to be eligible to claim any Prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not comply with these Terms, the Organizer reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Participant. Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Prizes awarded in this Contest may not be exchanged for cash or any other items. Organizers reserve the right to substitute any Prize for another Prize of similar value. All prizes are non transferable. Substitution of Prizes by the winners is prohibited. In the event any winner chooses not to accept his/her Prize, the relevant Prize will be deemed forfeited, and Organizers may, subject to applicable laws, select another winner from all of the remaining eligible Participants. Organizer’s decision regarding the award of all Prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms, shall be final and binding on all Participants, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained. Where required by Organizer, winners shall be required to complete official release forms prior to the receipt of the relevant Prize(s), and in the event a winner fails to do so, the Prize will be forfeit and Organizer will dispose of the Prize as it deems fit or as required by law.
Use of Name and Likeness
Winners hereby grant to Organizer, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, Contest, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, their name, image, likeness and/or photograph, video footage or audio record taken of them, except where prohibited by law.
Personal Information
The Organizer may collect personal information in order to conduct the Contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, Prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry and participation in this Contest is conditional upon Participants providing this information. The Organizer may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise required by law, use the information for Contest, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Participant. Participant should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Organizer. Participant hereby consents to the use of his or her personal information in the manner set out in these Terms and and waives all rights to initiate any claim against the Organizer for privacy invasion, improper disclosure of personal information or any other related claims.
General Terms
By entering this Contest, Participant warrants that her or she has read and agrees to abide by these Terms.
If for any reason this Contest is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Organizer, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Organizer, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Contest and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.
The Organizer will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Contest or to modify these Terms at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised Terms on the Motoring Middle East Facebook page.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any death or personal injury suffered or sustained as consequence of participation in the Contest, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Participant, to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby releases Organizer, Facebook, and all persons or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the Contest from all claims, demands and proceedings arising out of his or her participation in the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by law Participant indemnifies Organizers, Facebook and all persons or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the Contest against all liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Contest, including any breach of these Terms by them, the content of or infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights in their submitted review. This release and indemnity extends to and includes Organizer, and each of its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, employees, and sponsors associated with or which is involved directly or indirectly with the Contest. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds Participants’ heirs, executors, personal representatives and assigns.
By participating in this Contest, Participant accepts that any dispute in relation to his or her participation in the Contest or the running of the event will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The parties shall at first attempt to settle through amicable negotiations any dispute, which arises under these Terms. If the dispute remains unresolved within thirty days of either party having resorted to such negotiations, then either party may submit the dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates for determination in accordance with the law. Organizer and Participant acknowledge that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
