2015 Honda Accord: Now With More CVT
Body tweaks, CVT and a more powerful engine for this year’s Accord

Ready for an all-new, all-exciting Honda Accord that recaptures the glory days? Keep waiting, because this isn’t it.
For 2015, the Accord has received minor updates to the styling – the front and rear bumpers are blockier, the grille is now chrome and wider, all cars get a character line, twin exhausts are standard.
Like steel wheels? I don’t know why you would because they’re heavier and uglier. More importantly, they’re all gone now – all Accords sport 16″ alloys, with the top models getting 17 alloys. The interiors remain the same, except that the parking brake is now electric – sorry, hagwalah enthusiasts.
V6 models remain unchanged but the in-line four is now an Earth Dreams direct-injected unit. Power rises from 173bhp to 185bhp and torque is also up to 181lb ft from 166lb ft. Forget about all that – the real news is that the five-speed auto is gone, replaced by a CVT. Oh joy.
The Honda Accord goes on sale soon – check with your local dealer for pricing.
